Do you allow pets?
Currently, we do not allow pets in any of our houses, town homes or apartment homes.
Is smoking allowed?
We do not allow smoking in any of houses, town houses, or apartments. In addition, to our our policy, smoking is also prohibited by many local ordinances.
What are your rental requirements?
We required that your gross monthly income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent amount. We also require excellent credit and good rental references (if available). We also require that all of our residents purchase and maintain renters insurance.
What is the minimum lease you offer?
Our shortest lease we offer is a 1 year lease term.
