We lived in a San Mateo 2BR/1BA duplex managed by Peninsula Rentals for a little over two years.  The management is very professional, very fast to respond…Whenever we had a repair that needed to be made…,within a day and the problem was generally fixed without an issue…It was really great having the…garage, where we could store all of our camping and sports equipment.  The layout of the duplex, meant that we had no shared walls in our living spaces, and we never noticed the neighbors in the other duplex.  The location was great, easy walk to Central Park, Caltrain, and downtown San Mateo, where we spent a lot of our time.
